Grab your pal, gal, bae, boo, or whatever-embarrassing-name-you-call-them, and join Kelly for a live workshop teaching you how to make your own fermented hot sauce at home. Perfect for drizzling on those weird rice bowls you keep making!

Kelly will walk you through two of her favorite hot sauce recipes from her book Essential Vegetable Fermentation, showing you how to use the magic of fermentation to turn a few simple ingredients into spicy, umami-rich sauces that last forever and give you a probiotic boost with every drizzle.

The perfect pandemic food!

While we work, Kelly will teach you more about the basic science behind fermentation, why eating fermented foods are better than taking probiotic capsules, and general tips for adding more fermented foods into your kitchen rituals, and your belly.

This class will run about 1.5 hours.

How does the class work?

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. A link to the live Zoom class on 2/14/21 at 2:00 PM will be shared 24 hours before the class begins. If you purchase the class + kit option, you will receive your kit by 2/12.

A recording and digital booklet of recipes covered will be shared with all participants after the class.
